Hello,

My name is Nil Tunca and I am the practice administrator for Town and Country Pediatrics.  I have over 16 years of experience as the office manager of gynecologic oncology and pediatric practices.  I am a registered cytotechnologist and have a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I have also recently received my MBA degree from American InterContinental University in Healthcare Management.

I oversee the management for three practice sites and make sure that they operate efficiently, giving the best possible care to our patients.  I also manage the business aspects of the practice by providing reports and financial analysis, evaluating insurance companies we contract with, handling re-credentialling processes for the physicians and by being the human resource manager.
