Dear Parent,

My name is Cecilia Navarro. I am the Office Manager for the Halsted Location. I have been employed with Town and Country Pediatrics since 1997. I came to Town and Country Pediatrics with experience as a restaurant manager and an accounting background, and started in the Insurance Department. After two years of learning the back office side of the business, I was offered the position as the front office manager.

I am responsible for providing customer service to our patients with regards to appointment scheduling and posting patient charges and payments to their accounts. All Halsted receptionists report to me. We work as a team to try to make your visit process as smooth and seamless as possible.
