Questions after Call-In Times

During Office Hours:
Questions for a Doctor/Nurse Practitioner
Please leave a message with a receptionist. Your call will be returned the same day when the provider is available.

Questions for a Nurse
Please inform the receptionist you have a question for the nurse. If you leave a voice mail message, calls will be returned the same day. Do not leave urgent message/appointment requests on the voice mail.

After Office Hours Telephone Advice Questions:
The answering service will take your message. An after hours telephone counseling fee will be assessed and your call will be returned by a doctor promptly. Please call the answering service back if your call is not returned within 30 minutes.

It is our philosophy that you know your child better than anyone. If you feel your child needs to be seen at Town and Country Pediatrics, you do not need to speak to a doctor or nurse. Call the office and ask the receptionist for the next available appointment of the day.
