Phone Advice

Providers at all locations are available each morning to discuss your urgent and non-urgent medical concerns for your child.  Please understand that due to potentially high volume of phone calls and limited providers, you may prefer to leave a message for a return call at a later time.  If you prefer to speak to a specific doctor or nurse practitioner, please ask the front desk staff to leave your NON-URGENT message for your provider and every effort will be made to return your call as early as possible.

Our nurses are an invaluable resource for medical advice for your child.  They are continually answering phone calls and messages as they are received, while also caring for patients physically in the office.   Please do NOT leave any urgent messages as depending on the volume of phone calls, there may be a delay in returning your call. If you feel you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.  Otherwise, if you feel that you have a truly urgent matter needing immediate guidance, please inform the front desk staff and a nurse will be paged.

Once our office is closed, all phone calls will be received by our answering service.  If you feel you have an urgent matter and need immediate medical advice, the answering service will page the doctor on call.  Please note that you may be charged $25 for this service.

If you do not need to speak with the doctor on call, the answering service can also allow you to make an EARLY Hours sick appointment, depending on availability.
