Well Visit Exam & Vaccination Schedule

Well Visit Exam & Vaccination Schedule

As part of good preventative health care, your child should be seen for routine well-child appointments to ensure your child's physical health and development. The following schedule is based on the American Academy of Pediatrics to optimally coordinate physical exams and necessary vaccinations.

We, at Town & Country Pediatrics, strongly believe in the safety and efficacy of the approved vaccines in protecting our babies and children from potentially life threatening diseases. We adhere to the published Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for the vaccination schedule, and discourage an alternative vaccination schedule. We appreciate that parents have many questions about vaccines and encourage you to seek medically sound information, such as that found at the following sites. If you still have questions, please ask your provider.
