Dr. Connie Blade has decided to relocate to Philadelphia.

Her last day with the practice is 8/31/09.

If your child(ren) have medications prescribed by Dr. Connie Blade, please contact her or and make an appointment with her so she can review your monthly medications before she leaves the practice.

We will be happy to refer your child to the appropriate subspecialist if your child's needs change or problems arise after she leaves.

Dr. Connie Blade is unique. She is a pediatrician with experience prescribing medications for mental health and psychological problems and ADHD.

We are going to miss her.
